Dosage and directions: Take 1 to 2 teaspoons two to three times a day before or with meals. Either neat or with fruit juice, in muesli, yoghurt, etc. Children under 12 years: 2,5ml (half a teaspoonful) three times daily before meals undiluted or with water or fruit juice. Store below 25 degrees C.

For times of increased demand: Adults and children over 12 years: 5 ml three times daily before meals undiluted or mixed into juice. Children under 12 years: 2.5 ml three times daily before meals undiluted or mixed into juice. For sustained good health and vitality: Adults and children over 12 years: 5 ml once daily before a meal undiluted or mixed into juice. Children under 12 years: 2.5 ml once daily before a meal undiluted or mixed into juice.
Storage instructions:
Store at or below 25°C in a dry, cool place. Protect from light.
Warnings:
