I am writing this because customers deserve to know what really happens behind the scenes.

I purchased an item during the Black Friday sale at the clearly advertised price of R5149.50, Only after making the purchase, I was suddenly informed that the price was “incorrect” due to a “system error” and that I must now pay an extra R1989.

This is completely unacceptable, especially when the company confirms the purchase and advertises the price publicly. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they shifted the problem onto me, the customer, and offered a refund rather than honoring their own advertised price.

A refund doesn’t fix the fact that you misled customers during one of the biggest sale periods of the year.
A refund doesn’t fix the inconvenience or the wasted time.
And a refund definitely doesn’t fix the distrust this creates.

Other customers deserve to know how pricing “errors” are dealt with here, especially during a major sale.

Do better. Customers deserve transparency and accountability — not excuses.

I purchased this on Black Friday during their special, you do save but note you should wait weeks just to get your order. The phone is fine no problems my problem was to keep calling and not being informed when delivery will take place. I recommend to buy only if you can wait for it, otherwise try other stores if you need it urgently.
