A Ret 0.5% Gel is a form of vitamin A. It is used for the treatment of acne, a common skin condition that occurs when the pores of your skin become clogged causing blackheads, whiteheads, or pimples. It also reduces the wrinkles on your face. It works by reducing oil production in the skin and replenishing acne-prone skin. A Ret 0.5% Gel rarely shows side effects. However, in some cases, it may cause peeling of the skin, burning sensation, irritation, itching, or redness at the site of application. Consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve with time or worsen.
A Ret 0.5% Gel should be used as prescribed by your doctor. Clean and dry the acne-prone skin area and apply a thin layer of this medicine. Use this medicine at night for better results. Wash your hands before and after applying this medicine. Avoid contact with your eyes, nose, mouth, or broken skin. Rinse thoroughly with water in case of accidental contact. Dosage
Apply the missed dose of A Ret 0.5% Gel as soon as you remember. If it is time for your next dose, skip the missed dose. Do not apply a double dose to make up for the missed dose. An overdose of A Ret 0.5% Gel is not likely to cause severe symptoms. However, ingestion of this medicine may cause harm and immediate medical intervention may be required. consult your doctor if you are using any other topical medicines before starting the treatment with A Ret 0.5% Gel.

Interaction with Medicine
Eczema is a skin condition characterised by thick, dry and itchy skin. A Ret 0.5% Gel should be avoided if you have eczematous skin as it may cause skin irritation
Sunburn occurs after too much exposure to UV rays from the sun. It is characterised by red and painful skin that feels hot to the touch. If you have sunburn, the use of A Ret 0.5% Gel may cause extreme irritation.
